本研究报道了 1 例国产机器人辅助腹腔镜下脐疝合并腹直肌分离修补术的手术配合。经过医护密切配合，手术顺利完 成，患者未发生术后并发症且对手术配合过程表示满意。结果显示手术室护士对患者实施针对性的护理措施可以安全有效地 配合机器人辅助腹腔镜下脐疝合并腹直肌分离修补手术。

The surgical coordination in a case of domestic robot-assisted laparoscopic repair of umbilical hernia combined with rectus abdominis diastasis is reported in this paper. With close collaboration between surgeons and nurses, the procedure was successfully completed without postoperative complications, and the patient was satisfied with the nursing coordination. The results indicated that targeted nursing measures implemented by operating room nurses could safely and effectively assist in domestic robot-assisted laparoscopic repair of umbilical hernia with rectus abdominis diastasis.
