3D 打印联合机器人辅助腹腔镜手术治疗儿童后肾腺瘤一例报道(附手术视频)

后肾腺瘤(MA)是一种罕见的乏血管肾良性肿瘤,多无明显临床症状,病理学检查是其确诊的金标准。手术切除是 治疗 MA 的主要手段,术后预后良好。本文报道了一例 6 岁男性 MA 患儿的临床资料,探讨了儿童 MA 的临床特点及诊疗方 法,首次将机器人辅助腹腔镜手术与 3D 打印技术联合应用于儿童 MA 的治疗并取得满意疗效。患儿手术顺利,总手术用时 3 h 49 min,术中出血量约 20 mL,术后 4 d 患儿出院,恢复良好。3D 打印技术联合机器人辅助腹腔镜下儿童后腺瘤切除术是 安全、有效的。

Metanephric adenoma (MA) is a kind of hypovascular renal neoplasms, which is rare but benign, often asymptomatic, and histopathological examination remains the gold standard for its diagnosis. Surgical resection is the primary treatment for MA, with favorable postoperative outcomes. Clinical data of a 6-year-old male child with MA is reported in this paper to explore the clinical characteristics and diagnostic methods of pediatric MA, and introduce the first application of robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery combining with 3D printing technology for the treatment of MA in children, which achieved satisfactory results. The surgery was successfully completed with a total operative time of 3 h 49 min and intraoperative blood loss of approximately 20 mL. The patient was discharged 4 days after surgery with excellent recovery. The combination of 3D printing technology with robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery for the resection of MA in children is safe and effective.
